I am Xero Advisor Certified, having completed the Xero Advisor Certification Programme. I am committed to continuous learning and actively utilize the Xero platform for navigation. I regularly participate in Xero webinars and watch tutorial videos to consistently enhance and update my skills daily.

As an Online Bookkeeper serving clients worldwide, I utilize Quickbooks Online as my preferred accounting platform. Successfully passed the exam and obtained Quickbooks Online Accountant Certification, in addition to completing a 15-hour Quickbooks Online Advanced Training program covering fundamentals of Bookkeeping, Chart of Accounts preparation, Bank Reconciliation, Quickbooks Online Functions, and the creation of Invoices, Bills, and Sales Orders.

-I work as a Bookkeeper and also serve as a seasonal Online Bookkeeper for clients worldwide. Maintaining accurate records for daily financial entries and reconciliations. Performing daily accounting tasks, including monthly financial reporting and general ledger entries.

I possess nearly 3 years of experience as a Call Center Agent, handling Amazon and Office Depot accounts for Customer Service and Sales. Additionally, I've worked with Tracfone and Verizon accounts, providing Technical Support. My proficiency in English allows me to communicate effectively through speaking, writing, and comprehension.
