I’ve been a Technical and Customer Service Professional from various companies here in the Philippines; I am knowledgeable and fluent in communicating using American English language (U.S. and AUS) and have tons of experience in handling calls. I took in calls since 2009. Handled calls for a financial institution in the United States, also took in calls for a top health insurance company in the U.S. which I was promoted as Level 2 Representative and handling authorizations for the members of the insurance card and also do callbacks for a follow up supervisor calls. The previous company that I’ve been with was with the top ranking cable company in Australia. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert with my skills. I also handled e-mail support answering questions and doing research if the customer is doing fraud. 

Recently, I became a part of Meta Advertising and specializing paid Ads. I've been with Meta since year 2019 As part of the company, I always make sure I assist every client the best way I can regarding all their inquiries and help needed with Meta Advertising. I am a good example of a performer and a team player, playing a very vital/critical role within our team/cluster and making sure that I excel with what I am doing.  I am aiming to get more experience outside Meta but this time, I wanted to help clients like you outside my comfort zone.
