Fluent in English and basic German language. I was an experienced Test Product Engineer. Doing Final Testing of semiconductor (IC). Handled multiple tester Platform such as Teradyne’s mflex/iflex/uflex & Verigy HP93k all running on Unix/Linux/Windows environment. Responsible for low yield verification, disposition, improvements. Product transfer and characterisation. Handled Mixed Signal, RF, GPS, and Automotive products which running on multi-temperature. I worked on PnP Handlers like Epson NS6040/70xx and Delta Edge. Writing manufacturing instructions and some test methodologies and product specifications. I can handle new product introduction and transfer. Well verse in programming unix, C++, and basic scripting languages. Thanks
