Full-Service Bookkeeping
-Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).
-Manage accounts payable (track bills, make payments).
-Manage accounts receivable (create invoices, track payments).
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

QuickBooks & Xero Setup and Management
-Set up new accounts in QuickBooks or Xero.
-Configure the chart of accounts specific to the business.
-Customize invoices, reports, and forms.

Financial Reporting
-Prepare monthly profit & loss statements.
-Generate balance sheets and cash flow reports.
-Create and customize financial reports based on client needs.
-Compile annual financial summaries for tax preparation.

Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
-Reconcile bank accounts with financial records.
- Reconcile credit card accounts with expense records.
-Identify discrepancies and correct errors.
-Ensure all financial transactions are properly categorized.
-Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
-Provide monthly reconciliation reports to management.
-Ensure no transactions are missed or duplicated.

Accounts Payable (AP) Management
-Track and organize vendor bills and invoices.
-Schedule and process payments to suppliers.
-Maintain records of payment terms and due dates.
-Set up automatic payments for recurring expenses.
-Record and classify all supplier-related expenses.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management
-Generate and issue invoices to customers.
-Track outstanding invoices and payments.
- Follow up on overdue payments.
-Apply received payments to the appropriate customer accounts.

Data Clean-Up & Migration
-Review and clean up historical financial data.
-Correct misclassified transactions.
-Reconcile missing or duplicated transactions.
-Assist with transitioning to new accounting software.
-Transfer data between systems with accuracy.
-Organize financial records for clarity and future use.
