Key Responsibilities
Core Account Management
- Administer and maintain member accounts, including savings, loans, share capital, and time deposits.
- Facilitate account openings, updates, and closures with accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure integrity of member records and proper documentation of all transactions.
Member Relations & Service
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with members to understand and address their financial needs.
- Promote cooperative products and services such as savings accounts, loans, term deposits, and insurance.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely updates and precise account information.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, quotations, and documentation for member approval.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Resolve member concerns and account-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Loan & Credit Support
- Assist in loan application processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct preliminary member interviews and credit background assessments.
- Monitor loan accounts and follow up on delinquent payments to ensure portfolio health.
- Coordinate with the credit committee and loan officers for application review and approvals.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Inputing sales invoices, prospect clients info, company records and invemtorirs into monitoring system.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Posting company promos and new product to attract more prospect and sales.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Monitoring online and actual daily beginning inventory and ending inventory.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Formulating anf implementing marketing strategies and posting it in social media network.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
