I have been a sales specialist for almost 9 years at one of the BPO companies here in the Philippines. My role is to take calls from customers inquiring about a service, and I normally present the plan and package that will help the company's revenue. We also call customers who don't have service with us and qualify them for a better plan and pricing. Sometimes we communicate through emails. The way we sell the service is that we ask them questions like how many users they have, the size of their house, and even their usage of the service, so we can recommend the best plan that will suit their needs and also make sure that the company will benefit from the customer's subscription.
