With over 10 years of experience in consultative selling, particularly in insurance sales, I have developed a strong background in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Throughout my career, I have achieved several accomplishments and awards, which demonstrate my commitment to excellence and the value I bring to my clients. 

Additionally, I have acquired several certificates relevant to my career.

I have also been professionally trained as a coach and consultant since 2022. My mentors from my group, Strategic Organizational Leadership Training, are coaches certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). They have trained me in ICF-level standards, as the goal is to eventually become certified by ICF myself. While I am still in the process of saving for the certification, I am confident in my abilities and committed to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services. I also recently got another license under my belt which is Registered Psychometrician. 

My ability to do training, coaching, selling, facilitation, and admin work makes me a versatile candidate for this position. I have a proven track record of delivering results, and I am confident that I can leverage my skills and experience to help your company achieve its sales goals.

As a sales professional (whit a background in Psychology), I believe in building strong relationships with my clients and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. I am a persuasive communicator, and I have a proven ability to influence decision-making processes.
