• Virtual Assistant (TicketBroker) - doing data entry, little bit of accounting , purchasing event tickets, pricing, research , fulfillment, account creation, marketing, managing emails, schedules , calendar appointments, managing social media accounts, organizing files

• Intuit QuickBooks - Technical Support for business owners account if software. Doing trouble shooting if their software is not calculating their employees wages, social and taxes automatically. Helping them on filling W2 Forms. 

• Amazon UK - Customer Service for amazon. Helping out the customers if they have a concern when it comes to their orders. Processing replacement and refund. Tracking orders, and filling A-Z claims for marketplace seller on Amazon.


• Humana Pharmacy - Helping out the members on refilling their prescriptions. Processing OTC orders, calling their providers office for verification of the quantity and dosage of their medications, selling diabetic supplies.

• Verizon - Chat support with verizon for customers who has a problem with their service, bill and devices. Processing upgrade and plans if they need it. Doing basic trouble shooting if there's a problem with their devices.
