Here's exactly what to expect working with me:

SECURITY & CLIENT PROTECTION:
I never accept credentials via email, Slack, or plain text. I use LastPass personally. If you have preference:
All credentials collected via encrypted sharing (LastPass, Bitwarden, or secure forms etc.)
Dedicated service accounts created per project — never using your personal admin login
All credentials were deleted and documented upon project completion

Core Credentials Checklist:
1. Platform API Keys & Secrets
Every tool being automated — Pipedrive, Airtable, OpenAI, etc. — needs its API key and secret with the exact permission scopes required.
2. OAuth Credentials
Client ID + Secret for tools using OAuth flows (Google Workspace, Facebook, etc.)
3. Webhook URLs & Secret Tokens
For any service that pushes data into your workflow.
4. Service Account Access
A dedicated account created specifically for automation — never a personal login.
5. Database / CRM Access
Read/write credentials with minimum necessary permissions only.
6. SMTP or Email API Access
For any email automation (SendGrid key, Gmail service account, etc.)
7. Staging/Sandbox Environment
Test credentials separate from production — always test here first.
