Profile Description

I am willing and able to work under pressure, open to constructive criticisms, can work with minimal supervision (or even unsupervised, as long as clear and specific instructions are given) and would like to grow professionally with you! I'm keen to details, good in organization and I have the dedication to get the job done, providing
the most outstanding results I can.

During college days, I worked part-time as a disc jockey and newscaster for a local FM station, while contributing articles for an independent website that features anything and everything under the sun. Later on, I managed an internet shop and resto bar, catering mostly to yuppies and college students. I also experienced working as a technical support representative for a U.S. Internet Service Provider, communicating with customers through e-mail, chat and voice/phone support, and as a customer service agent, I worked for the credit card department and then with the auto finance department of a U.S. bank, assisting customers with any inquiries they have about their accounts. 

I previously worked for the captive site of an American bank, specifically in their credit card and auto finance department. I also have experience working for an entertainment/lifestyle website as a content creator and I have previous VA experience working for an American wellness/life coach and holistic entrepreneur, managing email and customer success/journey/growth, while keeping track of products, payments and memberships. I also helped create her virtual events, opened meetings for her and did some calendar management and assisted managing her social media community and content.
