I’m a virtual administrative assistant with bookkeeping experience, I specialize in supporting accounting firms,  accountants, interior design business owners, real estate investors, small businesses and entrepreneurs organize their clutter with accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

My bookkeeping expertise were limited to:

Organizing and Cleaning Up Excel / CSV transactions 
Downloading bank transactions
Creating and Checking Purchase Orders (PO’s)
Posting Payroll / Imports
Bank reconciliation 
Sales tax invoicing
Expert in using Studio Designer

-Got QuickBooks Certification last August 2024  

I am open to further training, but the best is I have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, problem solving , flexible and am dedicated to safeguarding your confidential information with the utmost care.

I also have experience in real estate and virtual administrative services, including data entry, lead generation, skip tracing, web research, calendar management, email management, blog posting, and scheduling.
