Client Experience Operations Specialist

My current job entails organization as we have to deal with numerous emails, tickets, and messages from admins, clients, and client staff. Being in client experience entails that we take care of the clients' concerns, as well as the staff who work for them. Through tables, charts, and trackers, I am able to do so, and keep track of deliverables.

Communication is key always. I take pride in the way I can de-escalate high emotion situations, as well as get my point through while still making the other party feel heard. Being able to converse with people of different statuses in life is indeed a skill, and I am grateful that I have been able to constantly been able to practice this in my different work setups.

During the pandemic and a little after, I made content about lifestyle, fitness, and overall wellbeing. From time to time, I still accept brand offers especially those who's mission and causes I believe in. The main platforms I use are Instagram and Facebook. I create content from the heart, and grab my audience by being real and upfront while still embodying softness, and light.

Interned in a school and was able to learn the ropes as a guidance counselor. Aside from administering and evaluating standard tests to high school students, I was also given the chance to handle and counsel students. Filling in the shoes of a guidance counselor was no easy task, but nothing fulfilled me more than being able a helping hand, listening ear, and a safe space for students.
