I have solid experience in assisting customers and providing satisfactory resolutions to their concerns. I primarily handled financial accounts, with a focus on Identity and Security. My responsibilities included guiding customers through the verification process to confirm their identity and assisting in securing their accounts in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions. In addition, I supported clients with dispute cases and responded to general account inquiries, ensuring every interaction was handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. My goal has always been to deliver a secure, smooth, and reassuring experience for every customer I assist.

I am proficient in using Canva, which has been one of my primary tools for creating various publication materials and academic presentations. I’ve used Canva extensively to design logos, posters, banners, and social media graphics, applying both creativity and consistency in visual branding. My experience with the platform has strengthened my skills in layout, color harmony, and effective communication through design.

I have extensive experience using Google Workspace (G Suite) for both academic and personal productivity. I am proficient in tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet, Drive, and Calendar. These tools have played a key role in helping me stay organized, collaborative, and efficient across various tasks and projects. Using Google Workspace has allowed me to streamline my workflow, manage documents and schedules seamlessly, and ensure that my work is completed accurately and on time.

I completed a government-sponsored training program focused on basic to intermediate graphic design, which equipped me with essential creative and technical skills. The course covered a wide range of design projects, including logos, brochures, banners, calling cards, and packaging, as well as UX/UI design for digital platforms. Throughout the program, I developed hands-on experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create compelling visual content. Additionally, I gained foundational knowledge in 3D modeling for booths and retail shops using SketchUp, allowing me to bring spatial design concepts to life. This training has strengthened my eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual media.

I have hands-on experience in annotating images and videos with precise labels and detailed descriptions. This role required a high level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Through this experience, I developed a stronger ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure that all outputs met high-quality standards. It also enhanced my focus and patience in handling repetitive but critical tasks, contributing to reliable and structured data for analysis or machine learning purposes.
