I have been one of the outstanding Social Media Advertisers of TD Media being a content creator and luckily, after almost a year, I was promoted to Team Manager. I was with them for 2 years and 4 months. Being a content creator was difficult since it was my first time because we made various content for different products or subjects. But even though I had a hard time at first, I tried so hard to get a good job because I was one of the outstanding SMAs, which is why I was promoted.
In my job as a Team Manager, I monitor the work of my team, I check some content to see if it's okay to post on various platforms, I also edit some content if I don't think it's good content to post, and I do I update our boss on our performance, I also made an update of a report every at the end of the shift about their performance using google sheets and excels monitored by our boss. Then, I also worked as a Telemarketer for a home and car insurance company for 10 months. And, I was an Inside Sales Agent for a Car Financing company for 1 year and 7 months. I am also one of their so-called "Rockstar performers". By the way, these jobs that I went through were home-based jobs. As a result, I have been able to inculcate and maintain the provision of high-quality services, which helps me identify my own improvement needs.
As I said in the summary of my competencies, I am fairly flexible with respect to the tasks for which I will be appointed. You can count on me that I will never let go of a task and you will have no trouble communicating with me. You will see that this is why I am efficient and I will always be available to you.
In all cases, you would ask me to learn a specific program for this work, I am convinced that you would not spend a long time training. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to whatever type of training or program the position demands of me. I am an individual who requires minimal supervision once I have learned the ropes.
