Hi! I am ---------- . I had almost 10 years of work experience.

Since 2013, I've worked as an English Instructor until 2022 after I got promoted as an Operations Supervisor. My job as an English instructor has helped me hone my communication skills both written and oral. I've learned how to adapt to different personalities as I've handled various students with different ages, levels, and personalities. As an online tutor, I mostly facilitate my lesson online and because of that, I've improved my technical skills as well.

On the other hand, during my tenure as a supervisor, I was able to gain a lot of skills in areas like Team Management, Training, Detail Orientation, Scheduling, and Organization. I was also able to use helpful tools such as GSuite (Email, Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Docs, Forms, Slides, Sites), Canva, Photoshop, and Clickup (fundamental knowledge). Recently, I've been familiarizing myself with some project management tools such as Notion, Asana and Trello.

As a supervisor, I got to support my team online on the backend. I mostly collaborated with other departments for various tasks such as training, coaching sessions, handling projects, events, and the like. Since we work from home, all of our correspondences were done through email.

I enjoy arts and design. It has helped me in creating training materials, Powerpoint presentations, reports, trackers, event posters, and the like when I was still working as a supervisor. I also used this skill to design stickers for our shop in the past.

With my existing skills and willingness to learn, I'm sure I can help you with some tasks related to assistance and design. I'm looking forward to working with you!
