I have over ten years of experience working as a virtual assistant for companies in the UK, US and Australia.

I have managed a team of experts from the Philippines who design graphics, develop websites, and create and manage Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, CRO and email marketing for various clients in the UK and Australia.

I have helped CEOs manage their workload and have managed projects for them in an online capacity. I have also worked in sourcing and recruitment as well as researching potential for business growth.

I have extensive experience in project management and have managed a team remotely via online management tools such as Asana, Trello and Active Collab. I am GA4 certified and Google Search Ads Certified.

Before digital marketing, my work was around training and development, continuous process improvement and performance management. As a corporate trainer, my job centred around training delivery of soft skills and communication programs, evaluating training modules and creating processes to improve training delivery and response to training. I was also involved in process improvement projects, liaising with different departments to identify process gaps and finding ways to bridge those gaps so departments could work more effectively and efficiently.
