Highly organized Operations Assistant with experience supporting executives, managing operations, and streamlining workflows for improved efficiency. Currently working with Archer's Contact Solutions (2023–present) as an Executive Assistant, where I manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, maintain reports, and support daily business operations. I specialize in creating organized systems, automating processes, and leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and ---------- for reporting and lead generation.



I also work with AI video and avatar technologies, including HeyGen, helping create professional digital avatars used for business messaging, marketing content, and scalable video communication. This includes assisting with avatar production, script preparation, video generation, and workflow optimization for AI-driven content.




Previously worked with Alorica by the Bay (2020–2022) as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Employee Engagement Specialist (Pacesetter). In this role, I conducted final interviews across multiple hiring accounts nationwide, facilitated hiring calibration sessions with leadership teams, and used data analysis to improve recruitment outcomes.
