Profile Description

I'm Nimfa, new CPA, a freelance bookkeeper for almost 4 yrs now, helping business owners / CFO with bookkeeping so they can focus more on growing their business.

An experienced and detail-oriented person with a strong background in maintaining accurate financial records. Skilled in utilizing accounting softwares like Quickbooks Online, Xero and Sage. Also with proven ability to adhere to deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

I am a graduate of BS in Accountancy and Computer Science in Information Technology. I have been working with international clients ( From USA, Australia, UK and others)

Here are some of my tasks:
    - Recording Financial Transactions: Documenting all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the appropriate accounts.

    - Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Tracking and managing payments owed by clients (accounts receivable) and payments owed to suppliers (accounts payable).

     - Reconciling Bank Statements: Comparing bank statements with internal financial records to ensure they match and resolving any discrepancies.

      -Preparing Financial Statements: Compiling and generating financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to summarize the financial health of the business.

       -Timesheet Checking: Checking of employees timesheet to check for any discrepancies before paying
