ASAP Content is a fast-growing creative agency that manages social media and UGC campaigns for brands across multiple industries. We typically work with 10–12 brands every month, creating high-performing user-generated content that helps our clients grow online.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive UGC Coordinator to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time remote position for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and keeping projects moving.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for managing UGC campaigns from start to finish, typically overseeing 2–3 brands at any given time. Working closely with our internal team, you'll ensure creators are sourced, onboarded, contracted, and deliver content on schedule while keeping our clients updated throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Source high-quality UGC creators across Instagram and TikTok.
Conduct creator outreach and negotiate deliverables.
Follow up with creators throughout the entire campaign process.
Keep creators accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
Create and send creator agreements and contracts.
Prepare UGC briefs using our internal templates.
Organize creator information and campaign assets.
Track campaign progress using our internal dashboard.
Keep clients updated with campaign progress and timelines.
Coordinate revisions and communicate feedback between creators and our team.
Proactively identify delays or issues and communicate solutions.
Work closely with our account managers and content team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable, proactive, and accountable.
Comfortable learning new software and internal systems.
Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, creator outreach, social media management, or project coordination is a strong asset but not required.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position following the Eastern North American morning schedule.
Monday–Friday
8-hour shifts
Shift starts at 7:00 PM Philippine Time
You are expected to be online and available during your scheduled shift.
Time Tracking
Employees are responsible for:
Clocking in at the beginning of every shift.
Clocking out at the end of every shift.
Tracking hours through our custom internal dashboard.
Maintaining excellent attendance and communicating any schedule changes in advance.
