Team Assistant | X Gens Growth | Gold Coast, Australia (Remote)

X Gens Growth is a PropTech and real estate growth consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Australia. We help ambitious tech companies sell into the real estate industry. We are a small, high-performance team that moves fast and holds a high standard.

This is not a typical assistant role. We are not filling a seat. We are adding someone who wants to be part of building something that is already working and grow with it.

THE ROLE

You will support the founders and the wider team across day-to-day operations, admin, scheduling, and coordination. You take ownership of your tasks, stay ahead of what needs to happen, and do not need to be chased.

SHIFT HOURS

Dayshift role. Start time is flexible.

Start anytime between 7:00am - 12:00pm AEST (5:00am - 10:00am PH time)
9 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Includes 1 hour unpaid break. If you prefer to skip breaks and finish earlier, that works too.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities without losing the ball
- Experience in admin, operations, or executive assistance
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet and a professional home setup
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT (we use them daily - you will too)

WHAT HELPS

- Exposure to real estate, PropTech, or SaaS businesses
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
- Experience supporting founders or senior leadership directly
