JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Data Analyst, Billing Auditor & Fleet Coordinator (U.S. Field Service)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (Full-Time Seasonal with Full-Time Year-Round Potential)

Duration: ~20 weeks (Immediate start through mid-November)

Hours: 40 hours/week | U.S. EST Daytime Business Hours (Graveyard Shift in the Philippines)

Pay Rate: $8.00 – $10.00 USD / hour (Premium, top-tier market rate | Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal)

Target Location: Philippines

About Us
We are a fast-growing, family-owned lawn care company operating in the Delaware County / Philadelphia, USA market, managing a high volume of weekly accounts. Our field crews are completely mobile, receiving 100% of their daily routing and job assignments directly on their phones via our dispatch apps.

Let’s be completely clear: We know exactly how to win in our market. Our only bottleneck right now is that the owner is stuck in front of a computer instead of growing the business on the ground. We need an autonomous partner to lock down 100% of our internal office work so we can get back out into the field, expand our crews, and rinse-and-repeat the exact operational blueprint that made us successful to this point. Your success in the office directly fuels our growth on the street.

The Reality of the Role
This is not a high-level corporate strategy or corporate IT role. This is a high-volume, highly repetitive daily data verification position combined with independent historical data-mining.

Right now, the job is 95% boring, repeatable office work, and 5% high-impact data strategy. Your primary mission is to be our ultimate line of defense against lost revenue. You must love tracking details, matching numbers, cross-checking map data, and executing clean daily routines flawlessly without getting restless.

The Trade-Off & Life-Changing Career Path: We understand that this level of meticulous work requires intense focus and discipline. Because we are a family-owned business, we do not treat our team like numbers in a corporate system. We are intentionally offering a premium, top-market salary. In the Philippines remote market, this is a life-changing salary designed to provide you and your family with absolute financial security and long-term stability.

We budget for this stability intentionally. In exchange for changing your financial life and providing a permanent, year-round management home, we demand your absolute, 100% undivided dedication.

Because landscaping is a seasonal industry, your role will shift during the winter slow periods. Instead of daily crew routing, you will pivot completely to high-impact business development: taking full ownership of our local SEO (Search Engine Optimization), building out social media channels, and handling the digital marketing setups required to aggressively push our company's online presence up so we are fully loaded with fresh leads before the spring rush hits. If you hit your metrics and help grow our company, we intend to scale your compensation up even higher next year.

???? High Autonomy & Self-Sufficiency Required
We do not have a corporate training department, and the owner is active in the field running crews. We do not have time to explain basic data analysis, show you how to navigate standard software, or micro-manage your daily tasks. You must be completely self-sufficient. You are expected to jump into our platforms independently, figure out how the data pieces connect, actively hunt for historical revenue leaks, and bring solutions—not questions—to the table. If you require constant reassurance, step-by-step directions, or hand-holding to complete a project, this is not the role for you.

???? Strict Non-Negotiables (Anti-Job-Stacking Rules)
100% Exclusive Dedication: We are paying a premium wage specifically for your undivided attention. If you are looking for a casual role to "stack" alongside other freelance clients, or if you plan to juggle secondary contract work during your shift because of downtime, do not apply.

The Zero-Notice Phone Environment: Our crews are live on the ground facing real-time field emergencies. We operate in a zero-notice voice environment. If the owner calls you out of nowhere to adjust a route or handle an issue, you must be instantly reachable. If you are regularly unavailable, slow to respond, or muted because you are secretly managing other client tasks, your contract will be terminated immediately.

Daily & Strategic Responsibilities
Revenue Loss Auditing & Data Aggregation: You will independently dig backward through our platform history to aggregate performance data. Your goal is to map out operational gaps, identify underperforming pricing models, isolate local routes with high drive-time bleed, and present clear, data-driven strategies to the owner on how to correct these leaks and expand route density.

Photo & GPS Auditing: Before any invoice goes out, you will pull the work order, check the crew's GPS tracking pin, and stare at the crew-uploaded completion photos to verify the lawn was cut correctly. If the photo or location doesn't match the order, you stop it. You are the final shield for billing accuracy.

High-Volume Invoicing: Take full ownership of our daily billing cycle. Ensure all client invoices are accurately processed, matched, and sent out through our digital platforms on time, every single day.

Route Density & Map Optimization: Review incoming jobs from third-party platforms. Drop properties into satellite maps to measure dimensions, verify the payout viability, and ensure jobs are grouped tightly together to minimize our truck drive times.

Central Customer Communications: Handle day-to-day client text messages, platform chat queues, and support notifications professionally, responsively, and in flawless English.

Off-Season Growth & Digital Marketing (Winter Pivot): During the seasonal slow periods, you will take ownership of executing our digital growth strategies—improving local SEO rankings, managing social media content, and deploying internet marketing tactics to elevate our company's presence.

Process Documentation: We do not have a pre-written corporate training manual. You will live-shadow the owner on video calls, absorb the market logic, and write down the clean, repeatable checklists and SOP playbooks yourself.

Mandatory Workspace & Tech Requirements
Zero-Noise Workspace: You must have an isolated, private, and completely quiet dedicated home office workspace. There must be zero background noise (no family, neighborhood traffic, or animals) during your shift.

Audio Quality: A professional, noise-canceling USB headset with a crystal-clear microphone is mandatory.

Internet Infrastructure: A primary high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a direct Ethernet connection to your computer (no unstable Wi-Fi).

Power & Net Redundancy: A mandatory backup power source (UPS/generator) and a secondary backup internet source (pocket Wi-Fi/hotspot) to guarantee 100% uptime.

Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in U.S. service dispatching, logistics tracking, billing auditing, medical claims QA, or high-volume administrative data matching.

Language: Flawless, natural, and highly polished spoken and written English.

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in data aggregation (advanced Google Sheets/Excel tracking, cross-referencing multi-platform history) and a proven ability to translate messy logs into actionable revenue-protection strategies. Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, local listing management, social media tools) is a massive plus.

Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience navigating field service software, billing dashboards, or CRM tickets (Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Autopilot, Salesforce, or similar queues) is highly preferred.

The Mindset: A proactive, self-starting investigator with a thick skin for handling high-volume daily tracking. You don't wait to be told what to do.

How to Apply
To filter out automated spam bots, agency placement groups, and casual job-stackers, we enforce a strict application process. Failure to follow these steps will result in immediate deletion.

Write the phrase "Ready to Route and Grow" at the very top of your application.

Attach your updated resume, specifically highlighting your experience with data aggregation, billing validation, or dispatching software.
