Healthcare Recruiter | Phone & Text Outreach | Part-Time

We're looking for a part-time recruiter to help us hire licensed mental health therapists across the United States.

This position is focused on phone calls and text communication with therapist candidates who are already in our database. You will be responsible for contacting candidates, answering questions, screening candidates, following up, and scheduling interviews.

This is a long-term position for someone who communicates well, enjoys talking with people, and is organized with follow-up.

Hours
Approximately 3 hours per day
Monday through Friday
15–20 hours per week to start
Additional hours may be available based on performance.

Pay
$4.00–$6.00 USD per hour, depending on experience
$75 bonus for each therapist you help recruit who is hired and remains employed for 30 days

Responsibilities
Call therapist candidates from our database
Text candidates throughout the hiring process
Screen candidates based on our requirements
Schedule interviews
Keep accurate notes in our recruiting system
Follow up consistently with candidates
Update our recruiting team on candidate progress

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English is required
Comfortable making outbound phone calls every day
Professional and friendly phone presence
Strong follow-up skills
Organized and dependable
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace for professional phone calls

Preferred Experience
Previous recruiting experience
Healthcare recruiting experience
Experience recruiting licensed professionals
Customer service or call center experience
Experience using ATS or CRM systems
