JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
I run two growing businesses — AdminAssistAlly (managed private AI assistants for companies) and TradeStockApps (trading tools and apps) — and I have a lot on my plate. I'm looking for a sharp, reliable personal assistant to help me stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a behind-the-scenes support role focused on keeping me on track across everything I'm juggling.

What You'll Do
- Email organization — keeping my inbox sorted, flagging what needs attention, making sure nothing important gets buried
- Calendar management — scheduling, reminders, keeping my day and week organized
- To-do and task tracking — maintaining my task list, reminding me of deadlines, and following up on what I've committed to
- General organizational support — helping me stay on top of projects across both businesses and my personal responsibilities
- Proactive reminders — telling me what needs attention before it becomes urgent, not just waiting for instructions

Must Have
- Strong experience with email and calendar management
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, task/to-do apps, and calendar systems
- Good written English and reliable daily communication
- A proactive mindset — someone who anticipates and reminds, rather than waiting to be told

Nice to Have
- Experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Familiarity with project/task management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Experience supporting a busy business owner or entrepreneur

We're Looking For
Someone dependable, discreet, and genuinely organized who takes ownership of keeping things in order. You'll be the person who makes sure I don't drop the ball, so reliability and follow-through matter more than anything. This is a long-term role, and as we grow, it grows.
