Order Placement & Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a bright, coachable, and hard-working beginner who wants to grow with our e-commerce business.
No prior experience is required — training will be provided. Success in this role comes from problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility to adaptive workflows, and the ability to learn, grow, and stay receptive to feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Track orders across multiple suppliers and confirm delivery status between prep centers.
- Report and chase discrepancies until resolved, monitor order cancellations, and confirm refunds have been issued correctly.
- Initiate refund requests for damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
- Monitor and manage inventory across prep centers, keeping accurate records of stock movement.
- Read through and manage emails daily, flagging anything time-sensitive or unusual.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems using Google Sheets.
