Operations Support Coordinator

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and making a real impact every day.
This is more than a traditional virtual assistant position. You'll become an important part of our day-to-day operations by helping customers, supporting our commercial outreach, and keeping administrative projects moving forward.
No two days are exactly alike. One hour you may be answering customer calls and scheduling dumpster rentals. Later you may be reaching out to a local construction company to identify the right contact or completing a vendor registration for a new commercial customer.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and enjoys learning new things.
You'll work directly with the owner of a small family-owned dumpster rental and junk removal company in Northeast Ohio. Because we're a small business, every tea ---------- mber plays an important role, and your ideas and contributions can make a real difference.
Primary Responsibilities
• Answer inbound phone calls professionally
• Respond to customer text messages and emails
• Return missed calls and voicemails
• Schedule dumpster rentals and junk removal services
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes and appointments
• Contact local businesses to identify decision-makers and gather contact information
• Complete vendor registrations and business applications
• Maintain spreadsheets and company records
• Follow documented procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with special projects as needed

Comfortable learning new software
Dependable and self-motivated
Confident speaking with customers and business professionals
Able to work independently while following established processes
Experience in customer service, administrative support, virtual assistance, or office administration is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
