JOB OVERVIEW

We're a digital media company running a portfolio of media channels. A remote team, content pipelines, and ongoing correspondence with US agencies that supply the source material our content is built on. The content is high-production, the operation is scaling fast, and the team is growing to 30+ VAs over the next few months.
We're looking for an operations right-hand to help run it. This is not a task-VA role. You'll be the layer between the founder and the team, the person things route through, the person who makes the calls that don't need to reach the founder's desk.
This is a challenge role. If you want a comfortable job, don’t apply.

If you're an experienced operations manager or senior executive VA who has actually managed teams and wants a real ownership seat in a scaling company, this is the right fit.

What the job is:
The core of the role, and most of your week, is running the team of VAs who handle our ongoing communication with US agencies. You keep them on track, you're their first point of contact, and you make sure the correspondence keeps moving without the founder in the loop.
- Team coordination: leading the VAs, keeping them on track, being their point of contact, escalating to the founder only what genuinely needs it
- Communication: handling the correspondence that requires real judgment yourself, in clean professional English, without every message checked first
- Systems: writing, recording, and maintaining SOPs so the team runs on process.
- Growth: this role grows with the team. 30+ VAs within a few months.

Who this is for:
- Real experience as an operations manager. This is a step up, not a first management job.
- You make decisions and hold them. You know what to handle yourself and what to escalate.
- You write SOPs other people can execute without asking you follow-up questions.
- You can lead and coordinate other tea ---------- mbers, not just take orders.
- Flawless, professional written English. You'll represent us externally.
- Reliable and proactive, you flag problems early instead of letting them sit.
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your daily workflow. Not just "familiar with them”, actively running your work through them to move faster.

Who this is NOT for:
- People whose only pitch is a long corporate history. Titles and years don't matter as much here. We'd rather hire someone from a smaller shop who ships than someone from a big BPO who talks.
- People who need a call or a meeting for every decision. This is an async-first company. Almost everything happens in writing on Slack.
- People who take direct feedback personally. You'll get honest, unfiltered feedback constantly. If that makes you defensive, this isn't the role.
- People looking to coast. Underperformance gets caught fast and addressed directly.

Terms:
- $2,800/month base, with clear room to grow as the team scales and based on hitting operational milestones.
- 30-day and 90-day reviews with raise eligibility.
- Performance bonuses on top of base, tied to team output and growth.
- Full-time and exclusive, not alongside other clients. (40+ hours weekly)
- Remote, PH business hours to overlap the team.
- NDA + ID verification required (standard for our senior hires with operational access).
- Long-term. We're building a team, not hiring for freelance gigs.

To apply:
1. Your last few roles, what you owned, what you built, what shipped. I want detail: what value you added, what challenges you overcame, and how. Not job descriptions.
2. Why you think you're the fit. Skip generic cover-letter language.
3. Your LinkedIn + Facebook
4. Your English rating (0-10 spoken and written)
5. Confirm full-time availability. We hire exclusive.

I’m looking for someone who’s genuinely hungry for this opportunity, someone who wants to build something real and isn't afraid of long days when the operation needs it.
