# Responsibilities
## Executive Assistance
* Respond to sales inquiries and general business
* Draft professional
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars
* Take meeting notes and summarize action items
* Follow up on outstanding tasks
## Customer Support
* Respond to customer support
* Help customers with non-technical questions
* Escalate technical issues to engineers
* Ensure customers receive timely responses
## Project Coordination
* Help organize Jira projects and tickets
* Follow up with tea
* Track project status
* Help keep projects organized and moving
## Research
* Research software tools
* Research competitors
* Research business opportunities
* Gather information for business decisions
## Documentation & Knowledge Management
* Help organize documentation
* Build and maintain internal knowledge bases
* Improve company documentation
* Create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
## Communications
* Coordinate communications with customers, contractors, and vendors
* Help prepare reports and summaries
* Draft internal and external documentation
* Assist with other business communications
## Quality Review
* Review documents for grammar, formatting, and clarity
* Verify work before it is sent to customers
* Help catch mistakes and improve quality
## General Operations
* Assist with miscellaneous business tasks
* Learn new systems and processes
* Help identify ways to improve efficiency
* Take ownership of recurring responsibilities over time
## What We’re Looking For
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Friendly and professional communication
* Comfortable learning new software
* Able to work independently
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
* Reliable internet connection
* Able to handle confidential information professionally

## Working Hours
We strongly prefer someone who can work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
If you are located in a different time zone, we’re looking for someone who can maintain at least a few hours of overlap each day for meetings, handoffs, and communication.
Flexibility is important.

After a few months, you’ll begin taking ownership of recurring responsibilities and helping the business run more efficiently.
