We're looking for a HubSpot Architect who can own, optimize, and scale our HubSpot ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Education.
This isn't an administrative role.
This is an opportunity to become the architect behind how our company operates.
You'll design workflows, build automations, improve reporting, eliminate manual work, and help leadership make better decisions through clean systems and reliable data.

CRM Architecture
* Design and maintain scalable HubSpot CRM architecture
* Create custom objects, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
* Standardize data across departments
* Improve CRM usability and adoption
Automation & Operations
* Build sophisticated workflows
* Automate repetitive operational tasks
* Design lead routing logic
* Create onboarding and client journey automations
* Build internal operational processes
Reporting & Analytics
* Create executive dashboards
* Build department-specific reporting
* Monitor CRM health and data quality
* Identify trends and opportunities using HubSpot data
Marketing Operations
* Support
* Landing pages
* Forms
* Lead nurturing sequences
* Marketing attribution
Sales Operations
* Optimize deal pipelines
* Improve sales automation
* Support forecasting
* Create sales enablement resources
* Reduce administrative work for the sales team
Customer Experience
* Improve onboarding workflows
* Design customer success automations
* Build feedback systems
* Support support-ticket workflows
* Create scalable client journeys

What We're Looking For
Required
* 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
* Advanced workflow automation experience
* CRM architecture experience
* Experience building custom reports and dashboards
* Strong understanding of Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
* Excellent English communication
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently
* Comfortable documenting processes
Bonus Experience

* HubSpot API familiarity
