Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and self-managed General Virtual Assistant to support multiple established businesses in the real estate, mortgage, tax, and credit repair industries.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can work with minimal supervision, quickly adapt to new systems, solve problems independently, and take ownership of daily responsibilities.
If you require constant guidance or have little to no experience as a Virtual Assistant, this position is not the right fit.
Responsibilities
Manage
Communicate professionally with clients via phone,
Assist with real estate transactions using Dotloop, MLS (GAMLS, FMLS, CGMLS), Zillow, and related platforms
Support mortgage, tax, and credit repair operations by organizing files, tracking applications, and following up on outstanding items
Maintain and update CRM databases, websites (WordPress/Wix), and digital filing systems
Coordinate social media scheduling, Canva graphics,
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and workflow
Identify priorities, anticipate needs, and complete tasks with minimal direction
*Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a professional home office
