I own a boutique entertainment company in Los Angeles specializing in luxury weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. I'm looking for someone who wants to become a true long-term partner in the business—not someone simply completing tasks from a checklist.
My ideal assistant enjoys bringing order to chaos, solving problems independently, and helping a small business run at a high level. I value initiative, curiosity, follow-through, and clear communication far more than previous event experience.
