JOB OVERVIEW

Blakely Brown is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Outreach Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient communication with our clients from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST and managing complex scheduling requirements and other admin tasks.

Position: Executive Assistant/Outreach Specialist
Location: Remote (Must be available during Eastern Standard Time - EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Outreach Campaigns: Coordinating with the team to successfully launch outreach campaigns and handling responses.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including document preparation, managing emails, and coordinating events.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive company and client information.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate directly with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Ability to work independently and in a remote setting, available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
