Offshore Technical VA – Electrical / Transformer Support

Location: Remote – Philippines
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time (Northern California / Nevada support hours) 20Hrs /week.

We are seeking a highly organized and technically capable Offshore Virtual Assistant to support our transformer product line focused on 7.5kVA to 125kVA drive isolation transformers for OEM applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an engineering, electrical, technical support, or industrial products background who enjoys detail-oriented work, pricing coordination, configuration support, and customer order management.

Position Responsibilities
Prepare and support customer quotations for drive isolation transformers
Assist with transformer sizing, part number configuration, and specification verification
Perform order entry and pricing updates
Coordinate shipping schedules and expedite orders with factories and suppliers
Maintain organized quotation and order tracking databases
Support OEM customers and internal sales staff with technical/product documentation
Help manage spreadsheets, ERP/CRM records, and product configuration data
Track open orders, lead times, and delivery schedules
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal sales personnel
Preferred Qualifications
An Electrical Engineering (EE) degree is strongly preferred
A technical degree or equivalent industrial/electrical experience also considered
Experience with transformers, electrical products, automation, controls, or industrial equipment is a major plus
Strong data management and organizational skills
Excellent Excel and spreadsheet capabilities
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
Experience supporting quotations, logistics, order processing, or technical inside sales preferred
Familiarity with OEM manufacturing environments is a plus
