eBay Order Fulfillment / Support

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team in managing order fulfillment and customer support tasks. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in order fulfillment or customer service, and be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Details:

Pay: Starting at $16.60 USD per day for the first week
Raise: Increased to $25.83 USD per day after successful training and adaptation
Schedule: 6 working days per week with 1 rest day
Hours: Typically 4–6 hours per day (less than a standard 8-hour shift)

Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill orders from eBay through AliExpress
Update tracking numbers for orders
Order disputes / refunds with customers
Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Communicate clearly in fluent English, both written and verbal
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking
Adapt quickly to changes and manage workload under pressure

Requirements:

Proven experience in order fulfillment or customer support
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent English communication and narrative writing ability
Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
Have a high stress tolerance and be adaptable

Your pay may be deducted if you made errors or mistake after you have fully been trained.
