Customer Service Representative

Streamline Dental Laboratory is a leading full-service dental lab based in Midtown Manhattan, providing high-quality custom dental restorations to dental offices nationwide since 2006. We specialize in fabricating crowns, bridges, implant abutments, night guards, and dentures. We are a team with positive energy and a “can-do” attitude, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to join us!

Your Role:
-Make outbound calls to resolve technical or billing issues related to dental restorations
-Handle inbound calls and email communications with clients
-Accurately enter and update customer and order data
-Provide administrative support to the dental lab team as needed


What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience in a call center or dental lab environment is a plus
-Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
-Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
-Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus
-Background in dental lab work (or dental office experience) is a plus
