Client Success Manager

I’m hiring a Client Success Manager - starting at $10/hr! (full-time)

I need someone who is VERY strong with clients and communication. Someone who can sit in calls, understand what the client is really saying, take good notes, catch the important details, and turn everything into clear next steps.

This is not for someone who only waits for instructions.

I need someone who can:

- talk to clients confidently
- manage onboarding and follow-ups
- take messy call notes and make them useful
- remind people without being annoying
- keep things moving without me chasing
- spot issues early (NON -NEGOTIABLE)
- help fix problems before they become bigger
- manage multiple clients/tasks at once
- work with the CEO directly
- use tools like ClickUp, Slack, docs, trackers, etc.

Must have:

- 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Business Ops, or similar client-facing work
- really STRONG English, written and spoken
- good judgment
- high ownership
- organized brain
- not easily overwhelmed
- can work independently

Chief of Staff type of experience is a big plus.

I need someone SHARP, reliable, and mature. Someone who can think, communicate clearly, and follow through.
