Come Back Clean Maid Service LLC

Come Back Clean Maid Service is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a highly organized, professional, and people-focused Client & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fully virtual position. The primary focus of this role is recruiting, hiring, and onboarding cleaning professionals. This person will also assist with client communication, quote support, scheduling support, and general administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable talking to people, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:
- Position: Client & Recruiting Coordinator
- Location: Fully Remote / Virtual
- Pay: $1,500 per month
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (7:00am-4:00pm Central Standard Time)
- Weekends: No weekends required
- Holidays: No major holidays required
- Benefits: Paid time off available per company policy

About the Role:
The Client & Recruiting Coordinator will help manage the hiring process for Come Back Clean by reviewing applicants, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating orientation, and making sure onboarding paperwork is completed.

This role will work closely with the Cleaning Operations Supervisors to understand staffing needs and help ensure the company has enough qualified cleaning professionals to support current and future growth.

In addition to recruiting, this person will also provide administrative support for client communication, scheduling, quotes, reschedules, complaints, and customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Hiring
? Review, filter, and organize applicants through ApplicantStack.
? Communicate with applicants by phone, text message, and email.
? Screen applicants based on company hiring standards.
? Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective employees.
? Coordinate orientation dates for new hires.
? Ensure onboarding paperwork is completed and collected.
? Communicate with Cleaning Operations Supervisors about current staffing needs.
? Assist with reactive hiring when immediate staffing needs come up.
? Assist with proactive hiring by anticipating future staffing needs.
? Help track applicant flow, hiring needs, staffing gaps, and upcoming labor demands.
? Maintain awareness of Indeed job postings, recruiting budgets, and applicant response.

Client & Administrative Support:
? Assist with new client onboarding and communication.
? Answer sales calls when needed.
? Help provide quotes to prospective clients.
? Assist with lead follow-up when needed.
? Communicate with clients by phone, text message, and email.
? Help answer client questions about services, scheduling, and expectations.
? Assist with client complaints, service concerns, and customer support issues.
? Communicate client issues to the Cleaning Operations Supervisors when needed.
? Help with reschedules, schedule changes, and client updates.
? Support daily administrative and scheduling needs.

Experience with these exact systems is helpful but not required. The right person must be comfortable learning new software, following processes, and staying organized across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

? Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
? Basic computer and software skills.
? Experience with scheduling, applicant tracking systems, or CRM-style software is a plus.
? Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.
? Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

A successful Client & Recruiting Coordinator will be able to confidently manage the hiring process, communicate with applicants and clients, support scheduling and administrative needs, and help keep the business organized.

Success in this role means applicants are being contacted, screened, interviewed, and moved through the hiring process efficiently. It also means clients are receiving professional communication, scheduling needs are being supported, and company systems are being used accurately.
