Compensation: $700 USD/month
Hours: 5–6 hours per day (Monday–Friday)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive General Manager Assistant to work directly with the General Manager. This role is essential in keeping operations smooth, clients happy, and internal teams aligned.

You will be involved in both client communication and internal coordination, making this a dynamic and high-responsibility position.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
Call clients to follow up on documents, proposals, and onboarding
Organize and manage the General Manager’s daily tasks and priorities
Assign accountants to new client files based on workload and skillset
Send proposals, renewals, and follow-up messages to clients
Track client progress and ensure no files are delayed or missed
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure deadlines are met
Ideal Candidate
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Experience in admin, customer service, or virtual assistance is a plus
Background in accounting/bookkeeping is a bonus (not required)
