Amazon Influencer Virtual Assistant

We're hiring 2 full-time Amazon Influencer Virtual Assistants to support fast-growing content creators and online entrepreneurs as they scale their businesses.

This is more than a typical VA role. You'll work directly with creators to help manage content, support brand partnerships, streamline operations, and keep their businesses running efficiently behind the scenes.

Successful candidates will complete our paid 40-hour training program and receive a $125 USD training stipend.


What You'll Do
As an Amazon Influencer Virtual Assistant, you'll help creators with the day-to-day operations of their business by:

- Managing, organizing, and publishing content across multiple platforms
- Repurposing content and performing basic video editing
- Creating simple graphics, thumbnails, and other visual assets using Canva
- Monitoring online communities and assisting with audience engagement
- Conducting brand outreach and communicating with potential partners and collaborators
- Tracking sponsorships, outreach efforts, and business activities using spreadsheets and project management tools
- Organizing files, documents, and digital assets
- Following SOPs while helping improve workflows and business processes
- Providing administrative support and communicating proactively with creators to keep projects moving forward


Qualifications

Required
- 2+ years of experience supporting clients remotely in a Virtual Assistant, Operations, Administrative, Content, or Social Media role
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong professional communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience with content management, social media scheduling, and administrative support
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Proficient with Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable learning new tools, following SOPs, and improving workflows
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup

Preferred
- Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or online businesses
- Familiarity with Amazon Influencer Program, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience with brand outreach, community management, or partnership coordination
- Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar project management tools

Compensation & Benefits

- $400–$700 USD/month, depending on experience, skills, client requirements, and final placement
- Paid 40-hour training program** with a $125 USD training stipend
- Full-time (40 hours/week), renewable contract
- Monday–Friday with flexible working hours and at least **1–2 hours of overlap** during US business hours
- 13th Month Pay (pro-rated if applicable)
