About Me / About the Role
I work in the medical technology field and manage content, operations, logistics, and communication across multiple platforms and projects. I’m looking for a reliable, proactive virtual assistant who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can help me streamline my workload.
A medical background is a strong plus — even basic familiarity helps when dealing with medical terminology, product descriptions, and event/conference tasks.
This is a long-term, daily part-time role.
? Responsibilities
You will support me with a blend of administrative, content, and organizational tasks, including:
Content Repurposing & Social Media Support
Take my original LinkedIn posts and repurpose them for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Draft captions/scripts based on my voice, notes, or bullet points
Light video editing (cutting clips, adding subtitles, simple layouts — optional but a bonus)
Maintain a content calendar and help organize footage, screenshots, and files
Create clean, formatted documents summarizing content ideas
Document Creation & Formatting
Organize Google Docs into clear, professional formats
Build simple Google Slides decks or PDFs from my notes
Convert my voice notes into structured, easy-to-read documents
Prepare conference briefs, vendor lists, and project sheets
Clean up meeting notes or research into polished summaries
Administrative & Operational Support
Track shipments, deadlines, vendor quotes, and booth-related items
Research vendors (e.g., merchandise, embroidery, booth builders)
Compare prices, create lists, and compile information
Organize contacts, notes, tasks, and follow-ups
Draft clean messages for Slack, email, and team communication (I will send them — you draft them)

Organize my daily to-do lists
Keep track of reminders and deadlines
Organize screenshots, files, and Google Drive folders
? Requirements
Strong English communication (written + spoken)
Reliable internet connection (you will be asked about speed)
Stable power / backup plan for outages
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
Proactive and detail-oriented
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, IG)
Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and organizational tools
Optional but preferred: basic design or video editing skills
Optional but preferred: medical background or familiarity with medical terminology

You should be comfortable using:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides)
WhatsApp (for quick communication)
PayPal or Venmo for payment
Slack (optional — I can train you)
