JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Receptionist & Lead Manager to join our growing home services company. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, reliable, and has flawless English (written and spoken).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing all incoming leads through our CRM, ensuring fast follow-ups and proper categorization
- Communicating with potential customers via email, text, and calls (must sound American)
- Handling scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
- Keeping track of customer interactions and ensuring no leads fall through the cracks
- Managing internal employee communication, scheduling, and task delegation
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speaker – You must sound 100% natural on the phone
- CRM experience – You must be comfortable using sales and lead management software
- Highly organized – You’ll be handling multiple tasks and need strong attention to detail
- Sales-minded – Ability to engage leads and encourage conversions
- Fast response time – Our business thrives on quick follow-ups
- Reliable & Self-Motivated – We don’t micromanage, so we need someone who takes initiative

Requirements:
- Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, Jobber, HubSpot, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Ability to work in U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
