Virtual Operations Assistant

About Interceptly
Interceptly is a B2B sales automation platform helping businesses build outbound pipelines through AI-driven messaging, LinkedIn outreach, and lead management tools. We are a fast-moving team, and we are looking for a virtual operations assistant to support our day-to-day operations.


The role
You will work directly with the Interceptly team, handling a range of general admin and operational tasks. No two days will look the same. You will be supporting client communications, internal coordination, research tasks, document preparation, and anything else the team needs to keep moving.

This is a full-time remote position working some European and some US hours. We are only considering candidates for whom this will be their sole professional commitment.


What we are looking for
Solid experience as a VA or in a similar support role
Strong working knowledge of AI tools, with hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code specifically
Comfortable using AI to complete tasks faster and better, not just as a novelty
Good written English and clear communication
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks without constant oversight
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus
A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a high specification computer
A computer capable of running multiple applications and tools simultaneously without performance issues


Bonus points
Experience in or exposure to outbound marketing, sales outreach, or B2B lead generation


The AI requirement is non-negotiable
We are an AI-first team. You will be expected to use Claude and Claude Code regularly as part of your workflow. If you are not already using these tools day-to-day, this role is not the right fit.
