Key Responsibilities-
Call and screen a high volume of candidates daily from Indeed and other job boards
Conduct structured phone screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and fit
Clearly explain job roles, expectations, and next steps
Schedule qualified candidates directly onto hiring managers’ calendars
Maintain accurate notes and status updates in our ATS/CRM
Follow up with candidates via phone, text, and
Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Fluent, professional, near-native English (spoken and written)
Prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (call center, staffing agency, internal HR recruiting, or RPO)
Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and professional
Ability to handle 50–100+ outbound calls per day
Organized, reliable, and results-driven
