We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support the operations of a growing roofing business by creating structured, repeatable processes that drive efficiency.

This role is designed for someone who is process-oriented, highly organized, and eager to help systematize a business. Your job is to eliminate chaos by building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing workflows, and ensuring consistency across all tasks.

Additionally, you will be rewarded for helping grow the business through lead generation and appointment setting.

? Key Responsibilities (Systemized & Scalable Tasks)
???? ????? Build & Maintain Business Systems (SOP Development)

Create step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every role & process in the company.

Ensure repeatable systems are in place so that the business can scale efficiently.

Document workflows in a way that allows any new hire to follow a process seamlessly.

Maintain checklists, playbooks, and accountability structures for all tasks.

???? ???? Administrative & CRM Management (Consistency & Organization)

Manage and track leads, customers, and projects in the CRM (Roofr, JobNimbus, or similar)

Organize and streamline email and calendar management

Ensure customer communication is timely and structured

Create tracking systems for follow-ups, estimates, and deals in progress

???? ???? Lead Generation & Appointment Setting (Performance-Based Bonus)

Research and find targeted homeowners who need roofing services

Initiate conversations via email, social media, and online platforms

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads

Follow-up with leads and maintain organized communication

???? ???? Sales & Marketing Support (Automate & Simplify Processes)

Manage Google My Business, Yelp, and Nextdoor accounts

Respond to customer inquiries through email, text, and chat

Post updates on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Help systematize marketing tasks so they are consistent and repeatable

???? ???? Automation & Continuous Process Improvement (Refine & Optimize)

Identify ways to improve efficiency in the company’s daily operations

Automate repetitive tasks using tools and workflows

Keep improving SOPs and training materials as the company scales

???? Compensation (Earn More as We Grow!)
? $3/hr (40 hours/week)
? 1% commission on ALL closed deals from leads YOU generate

Example: $16,000 roof replacement = $160 for you

Example: $30,000 job = $300 commission
