Right now, our biggest need is help with recruiting and hiring restaurant staff. We need someone organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive who can help us keep track of applicants, message candidates, schedule interviews, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Check our job postings on Indeed, Glassdoor, and other hiring platforms
- Review applicants and organize them in a Google Sheet
- Identify strong candidates based on our criteria
- Message candidates to confirm interest, availability, experience, and expected pay
- Schedule interviews and keep the calendar organized
- Keep track of each applicant’s status: applied, contacted, replied, scheduled, interviewed, hired, rejected, no-show, etc.
- Help write or improve job posts when needed
- Send daily updates summarizing what was done, who responded, and what needs our attention
- Help with other admin tasks as needed
Depending on your skills, this role may grow in the future to include:
- Organizing receipts, invoices, expenses, and restaurant documents
- Creating simple spreadsheets for sales, expenses, payroll, or inventory
- Light bookkeeping organization
