WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Customer Support: Help musicians, athletes, celebrities, and top executives on chat, email, and phones with easy, low stress questions like booking rooms or general info about their stay.
- Sales & Follow-Up (Warm Leads): No cold calling! We only reach out to guests who’ve shown interest—like those who canceled a booking—to find out what happened. We also check in with past guests to share new locations and help plan their next stay.
- Back Office: We handle scheduling, calendar management, organizing files, invoicing, and other admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Mega Team Retreats: We fly everyone in from our U.S. and Asia team to Bonifacio Global City for Mega Team Retreats. All expenses paid. Flights. Hotels. Vibes. Steak Dinners. Pilates. MMA. Painting. Drinks. Connection.
