We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong Wix website experience to help us refresh and improve our online presence.

What You’ll Be Doing
Update and maintain our Wix website
Add fresh photos, banners, and updated content
Improve mobile layout and overall user experience
Connect and/or embed our Gingr online scheduling system
Test booking buttons, forms, and customer workflows
Optimize images for faster loading
Make basic SEO improvements
Suggest website improvements to increase bookings
Document updates and create simple SOPs
Requirements
2+ years working with Wix websites
Experience integrating booking or scheduling systems
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and provide recommendations
Reliable internet and computer
Bonus Skills
Experience with pet businesses
Graphic design skills
SOP creation / operations support
