We're at the very beginning of launching a new DTC (direct-to-consumer) wellness business focused on personalized health solutions.
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage tasks, organize freelancers, and support day-to-day operations as we grow.
? Your Responsibilities:
-Post and manage job listings (designers, funnel builders, copywriters)
-Shortlist candidates and organize their portfolios
-Track task progress, deadlines, and key deliverables
-Help manage spend/profit records (or coordinate with accountant later)
-Keep files, links, and team assets organized (Google Drive, Notion, etc.)
???? Bonus if you have experience with:
-DTC brands or eCommerce
-Quiz-style lead generation funnels
-Building
-Managing freelancers or remote creative teams
????? Tools We Use (or plan to):
-Google Docs / Sheets
-Trello or Notion
-Upwork / ethc
-Possibly Meta Ad Manager and Brevo/ConvertKit
We’ll start with a paid 1-week trial to test for fit and speed, and if it goes well, this will turn into a long-term, flexible working relationship.
