Key Responsibilities
? Project Management – Oversee tasks, deadlines, and team coordination using Notion.
? Client Communication – Handle
? Discovery Calls – Conduct introductory calls with potential clients to assess needs, explain services, and gather key details for follow-up.
? Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions (e.g., Notion templates, automation).
You MUST Have:
? Proven experience with Notion (building databases, dashboards, or workflows).
? Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
? Confidence leading client calls (sales, consulting, or discovery calls).
? Superb organizational skills – You thrive on order and clarity.
? Proactive problem-solving – You anticipate needs before asked.
