We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing team supporting multiple ventures across real estate, investing, and operations. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment. You’ll play a key role across several projects—from client and investor engagement to operational and administrative support.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level support by organizing client sessions, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Manage executive calendars and email correspondence.
- Handle bookkeeping and assist with financial tracking.
- Serve as a social media moderator and post scheduler (no content creation required).
- Ensure consistency across all online channels and communications.
- Support email list management, guest engagement, and newsletter coordination.
- Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and tracking key interactions.
- Prepare and run meetings, manage action items, and follow through on key administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across various growth-focused ventures.

Salary & Benefits:
- $700–$800/month (based on experience and qualifications).

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a virtual assistant.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and results-driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, and CRMs.
- Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities.
- Must be available 40 hours/week and work within CST / PST business hours.
- No agencies—individuals only.

Bonus Skills (Nice Must-Haves):
- Familiarity with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Strong inbox and calendar management (including scheduling across time zones)
- CRM database upkeep and light lead management
- Solid note-taking and meeting summarization skills
