Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday (CDT)
Pay: $7/hr
About Us
Rojek Home Services is an established multi-inspector home inspection firm and Statewide Restoration Inc. is a growing roofing and restoration company serving Illinois. We specialize in storm damage, fire, flood, and water damage restoration. We're scaling our operations and need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help manage our customer pipeline and contractor coordination.
The Role
You'll be our operations backbone. Your job is to:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Job Scheduling: Manage contractor schedules in JobNimbus (our project management system)
• Adjuster Coordination: Follow up with insurance adjusters, schedule meetings, keep them updated on progress
• Contractor Communication: Confirm appointments, send instructions, resolve scheduling conflicts
• Customer Updates: Call/email clients with project status, ETAs, completion updates
• Invoice & Payment Tracking: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on past-due payments
• Data Entry: Keep JobNimbus updated with real-time project status
• RHS Backup: Handle overflow customer service calls for our home inspection sister company (as needed)
Day-to-Day:
• 11 AM–12 PM: Daily briefing with operations manager, review JobNimbus priorities
• 12 PM–3 PM: Contractor scheduling, adjuster callbacks, client outreach
• 3–4 PM: Lunch break
• 4–7 PM: Continue SRI operations, prepare next-day priorities, troubleshoot issues
You'll be working with:
• JobNimbus (project management — we'll train)
• Spectora (inspection back office software — we'll train)
• Xactimate (Estimate writing for insurance claims)
• Google Workspace
• Phone calls (professional tone required)
• Contractors, adjusters, and homeowners
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
• Excellent English (clear, professional phone voice — this is non-negotiable)
• Customer service or scheduling background
• Reliable high-speed internet (no lag, no drops)
• Punctual & professional (we operate on strict timelines)
• Problem-solver mentality (things go wrong; you stay calm and fix it)
• Available Mon–Fri, 11 AM–7 PM CDT consistently
Pay Structure:
• $7/hr
